- Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion, they will convert the currency from USD to local currency for you.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST
We accept 12 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us.

If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered. you'd wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Bags as once the item is bagged we don't have control over it (once it’s by the carrier ), but if the problems still persist kindly contact our customer service.

I never do reviews, but this shoe rack is great! I have about 20 pairs of shoes (sneakers and boots) and nothing has fallen off yet. Its super easy to assemble and I have it hanging on the back of my closet.

Easy to assemble. Make sure to start with a loose tightening of the screws and then make two or three rounds after the rods are in place to really tighten them all. Sturdy, and works great! I loaded mine up with shoes. Fits snugly to the door. Once it’s in place I would not recommend moving it without taking everything off.

I really like this shoe rack. It holds a good amount of shoes. Not the best for heels and I’m a size 8 in womens but it works and looks nice. Heavy and doesnt clank against the door. It took some time to put together about an hour for me but that’s bc I messed up the mesh part.
